Nutshell CRM

Description

The Nutshell CRM plugin integrates Nutshell with Gravity Forms. Connect your account to any form by entering your Nutshell API key. Using this plugin you can map Gravity Forms Entry to any field in the CRM. Instead of creating new objects, it is possible to update old objects by setting the Primary Key field. All local entries will be synchronized with Nutshell entries. If you update/delete/restore an entry that entry will be updated/deleted/restored in your CRM as well. By default all entries are sent to the Nutshell CRM, but it is possible to apply filters & setup rules.

If there an error occurs while sending data to Nutshell, an email containing the error details will be sent to a specified email address. In addition, a log is kept of each entry sent (or not sent). Entries can easily be resend to Nutshell CRM. Logs can be exported as a CSV file for forecasting, bookkeeping, and accounting purposes.
