The To Brevo for Gravity Forms add-on is a free WordPress plugin that connects Gravity Forms with the Brevo marketing platform (formerly Sendinblue). It enables you to link form fields to Brevo attributes so that when users submit a form, their information is automatically added to the selected contact list. This integration helps streamline lead capture and email marketing efforts by syncing contacts directly from your WordPress site.
The free version allows creation of one feed per form, enabling mapping of an email field and a consent field with Brevo attributes. Contacts from form submissions can be sent to a single list. Users can also set simple or advanced conditional filters to control which contacts are added to the lists. While the free version offers essential functionality, a Pro version is available with additional features such as multiple feeds, mapping multiple fields, selecting several lists, and enabling double opt-in emails for better compliance and engagement.
Setup the plugin as follows: create a form with the required fields, connect it through the Brevo tab in the form settings, map your fields, select the list destination, and save the configuration.
